What is the Nanton& return policy?

Purchases made through Nantonand.com may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in its original, sellable condition, with all Nanton& tags and original packaging intact.

Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, soiled or otherwise show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.

To request a return, please contact Client Services. Once your return has been authorized, return instructions and a shipping label will be sent to you by email.

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

When can I expect my refund?

Once your return reaches our facility, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing.

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund has been issued.

Refunds will be made to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
